SHIPPING POLICY 

  • Please allow processing time of 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped.
  • You will be notified with tracking numbers when items ship
  • Packages are shipped via USPS and usually take between 3-7 business days to deliver for U.S. orders and 7-10 business days for international orders. 

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed or contact us at info@kafcollections.com

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide correct delivery address for your order. KAFCollections will not offer replacement or provide refund for items delivered to a wrong address provided by a customer.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

  • If the shipping tracking states that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please let us know.
  • We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
  • We do not accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Only unaltered, unwarned and/or unwashed items will be eligible for return, exchanges and/or store refund.
  • Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery to be considered for exchanges or store credit.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging (including all paperwork and accessories).
  • Please note that we do not refund shipping cost, provide free return shipping labels, pay for or refund return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service on return shipping
  • We do not accept return on items on clearance
